Recite the following verse three times after every farḍ ṣalāh:
رَ بَّنَـــا ھَبْ لَنَـــا مِنْ اَ زْ وَ اجِنَا وَ ذُرِّ یّٰتِنَا
قُـرَّ ۃَ اَعْــیُنٍ وَّ اجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِیْنَ اِمَامًـا
Rabbanā Hab Lanā Min Azwājinā Wa Dhurriy-Yātinā
Qurrata A‘yuniw-Waj‘alnā Lil-Muttaqīna Imāmā.
“Our Lord, soothe our eyes with our wives and our children
and make us leaders of the pious.”
Sūrah al-Furqān 25:74
