This supplication serves as a potent remedy for seeking relief, creating an opening in one’s life, and a path towards a better existence.

Its efficacy extends to addressing ailments, providing protection against malevolent forces, warding off the influence of Satan, alleviating physical, spiritual and mental health concerns, and offering solace in the face of general afflictions. When reciting this litany abundantly, develop a deep belief and visualise that through this invocation, you are sincerely seeking the Divine help of Almighty Allāh to alleviate and remove the specific challenge you face. Adopt this practice with sincerity and complete faith, trusting in the mercy and benevolence of Almighty Allāh for resolution and relief.

Recite abundantly, firmly believing that with each recitation, your tribulation is being alleviated by the help of Almighty Allāh.

یَاحَیُّ یَا قَیُّوْ مُ بِرَ حْمَتِکَ اَسْتَغِیْثُ ؕ
Yā Ḥayyu Yā Qayyūmu Bi-Raḥmatika Astaghīth.
