According to the spiritual masters of the Chishtiyyah Ṭariqah, incorporating the habit of reciting this litany seven times after each farḍ prayer not only offers protection but also incapacitates your enemies, preventing them from causing any harm, including black magic. No matter how persistent they may be, obstacles will thwart their efforts every time they try. This litany also works to heal you, should you have succumbed to any effects.

Recite it seven times daily, after every farḍ prayer, blow on your hands and pass them over your entire body.
