KUH has a strong and supportive Management Committee and Volunteer Workers which is rich in organisational, training and financial management skills, as well as a number of adult volunteers who regularly assist the organisation across the full range of its projects. The Management Committee provides the leadership in governance to the organisation, giving the organisation a clear vision in providing specific projects, targets and funding.
